How reviews reach you now
Which platforms you get reviews on, roughly how many a month, who sees them first and how many are still waiting for a reply.
The replies that are hard to write
Complaints, reviews naming a staff member, reviews that may not come from a real customer, and reviews in health or legal fields where a reply must not confirm someone was a client. We agree which of these a person must write or approve.
Your voice and approval rules
How formal replies should sound, words you never use, who approves a draft and how quickly. These rules are what any drafting help would follow.
Asking for more reviews
Whether and how you ask satisfied customers for a review, and the Google policy and ACCC guidance on incentives and only asking happy customers.
Who should join
The owner or manager who replies to reviews now, or who would approve replies. A front desk or customer service lead is useful if they hear complaints first.
Before the call
Open your Google Business Profile and note how many reviews have no reply. Pick two reviews you found hard to answer, and we can talk through how a reply would be drafted, with names left out.

Questions about the consultation
Is the consultation free?
Yes. There is no charge for the 30 minutes. Pricing for any ongoing service is explained separately, before you agree to anything.
Who will I speak with?
A consultant from the Yes AI group, the Melbourne company that runs AI Reputation. The invitation comes from the Yes AI team calendar and includes a video link.
Would replies go out without us seeing them?
Only if you later choose that for simple thank-you replies. The usual starting point is that every draft waits for a person to approve it, and complaints always do.
Which times can I book?
Weekdays, with starts from 9am to 6:30pm Melbourne time, at least two hours ahead and never on a Victorian public holiday. You see each time in your own time zone, for example Brisbane (AEST) or Perth (AWST).
Can you remove bad reviews?
No. We can help you reply well and, where a review breaks the platform policy, show you how to report it. Removal is the platform decision.
How do I change or cancel the booking?
Reply to the calendar invitation or call (03) 9003 0111. Reminder emails come before the call, and an SMS if you leave a mobile number.
