Privacy Policy

AI Reputation is operated by Yes Right Pty Ltd (ABN 91 664 546 061), trading as Yes AI. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This page sets out what we collect and why, in plain terms.

1. What you give us deliberately

When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company name, the number of staff you told us about, your phone number if you chose to give one, and whatever you wrote in the message field. If you book an appointment we also record the time slot you selected.

2. What is collected automatically with your enquiry

This is the part most privacy policies leave out, so we are spelling it out. When you submit the form, the following is attached to your enquiry so that we understand where it came from and can respond usefully:

  • the page you submitted from, and the page you first arrived on
  • the sequence of pages you viewed on this site during your visit
  • the website or search that referred you, on this visit and your first visit
  • campaign tags in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar)
  • advertising click identifiers if you arrived from an ad
  • your Google Analytics client and session identifiers
  • device type, screen size, browser language and timezone
  • how long you spent on the site, and how long the form took to complete
  • an approximate location (city and region) derived from your IP address by our processing workflow

None of this identifies you before you choose to submit the form. It is attached at the moment of submission and stored alongside your enquiry.

3. Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and understand how pages are used. Google sets cookies to do this. You can opt out with the Google Analytics browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site. The site works normally either way.

4. What we do with it

We use your enquiry to respond to you, to prepare a proposal if you asked for one, and to understand which of our pages actually help people. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Where it is stored

Enquiries pass through our automation platform and are stored in a PostgreSQL database on infrastructure we control, and a copy is sent to us by email. Some of the services we use to run this site — hosting, analytics and email delivery — are operated by providers who may store or process data outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is an active or prospective business relationship, and for seven years afterwards where we need them for tax and business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to hold it.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ai-reputation.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handled a privacy matter you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. We hold no third-party security certification, and any page suggesting we do would be wrong.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
